Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be immediately removed from our database as soon as we become aware of the situation. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded and will be required to return the product(s) in question.

Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of your order.

Risk shall pass to you from the date the ordered products leave our facilities. However, in the event that a package is lost, we will do everything reasonably necessary to ensure that you receive your product or are refunded in accordance with your warranty.
